Contact
Tell us what you have in mind.
A finished specification or a vague idea — both are a good start. You will hear from us within 24 hours, with an honest assessment of the route and the effort.
What happens after you send
A reply from a person
Within 24 hours, by email — from the person who will do the building. No salesperson who hands you on to the technical team afterwards. The phone number in the form is optional: without it, we will not call.
Questions before any figure
Usually two or three, by email. Anyone who names a sum without asking has guessed — and the mistake turns up later on the closing invoice.
Then thirty minutes
The first call, by phone or video. After that there is a fixed price, and it holds — it only costs more if you extend the scope.
What belongs in the message
Three sentences are enough. Four details help us most:
- What your business does and who your customers are.
- What does not work today — the old site, a spreadsheet, nothing at all.
- By when it should be ready, if there is a date.
- What it may cost. A range is enough — the price does not follow that figure, it follows five things, and they are set out on the pricing page.
Do not yet know what you need? Write exactly that. Working out what is needed is part of the job.
What you are not risking
- Cost. The reply and the first call cost nothing. You pay once something is running — we ask for no deposit.
- An obligation. There is nothing to sign until you have read the quote.
- Distance. We are based in Buchs SG and work online — across Switzerland and in Liechtenstein, and the first call too.
- Your details. The enquiry table has no column at all for your IP address. The data sits on a Swiss server and is deleted at the latest two years after the last contact.
What clients say
Enquiries have become much more focused. Many customers now find what they need online first — that saves us a lot of time in the first call.
