Pricing

What does a website cost?

The honest answer is: it depends — but not on how much you are willing to pay. It depends on five things, and they are set out here. At the end you get a fixed price, and it holds.

Company website

Price after the first call — binding, as a fixed price.

For businesses that get found locally. Bespoke rather than a page builder — and built from the start so that search engines understand it.

  • A design that fits your business
  • Equally good on phone, tablet and desktop
  • Search foundations from day one
  • Enquiry form with spam protection, no captcha
  • No cookie banner, because nothing is tracked

Web app & SaaS

Price after the first call — binding, as a fixed price.

When a spreadsheet no longer does the job: logins, roles, reporting — and subscriptions with online payment where needed.

  • Users, roles and permissions
  • Each company sees only its own data
  • Subscriptions and online payment where needed
  • Installable as an app on the phone
  • Reports and exports that are actually usable

Operations

Price after the first call — binding, as a fixed price.

The work starts after launch. Including for websites somebody else built.

  • Hosting in Switzerland, data stays in the country
  • Security updates, backups, monitoring
  • One contact person who knows the application
  • Text changes usually the same day

No guesswork

Five things drive the price. Nothing else.

Anyone who answers these five questions for themselves knows roughly what we are talking about before the first call. That is deliberate — an offer you only understand after three meetings is not a good offer.

How much content there is

Not the number of pages alone, but how different they are from each other. Five pages following the same pattern are built quickly. Twenty-five pages with guide articles, a project gallery and before-and-after comparisons are a different order of magnitude — even though both are called «a website».

Ask yourself: how many pages really look different from the others?

How many languages

A second language does not cost double, but considerably more than a translation: every visible text needs a counterpart, every address its own path, and it all has to still be right in two years. On two of our platforms that means around four thousand text entries per language — maintained, not half finished.

Ask yourself: do your customers actually buy in a second language, or do they only read?

Whether people have to sign in

As soon as there are accounts, a lot arrives that nobody sees: roles and permissions, forgotten passwords, two-factor sign-in, and the question of who may see whose data. In our broker portal that separation is attached to fifteen data areas and takes effect on every query — not just in the interface.

Ask yourself: must someone see something another person must not?

Whether money flows through the site

Payments are rarely the hard part — the consequences are. What happens on a failed payment, a cancellation mid-month, a refund? Whoever does not settle that beforehand settles it later, in a call with the customer.

Ask yourself: should the site collect money, or is an invoice by email enough?

What has to keep working when something fails

This is the item quotes like to leave out. An application that has to keep running on a building site with no signal is more work than one that simply shows «no connection». The same goes for tests: our platform for trade businesses has over a thousand, and every one of them was written because it once prevented a fault.

Ask yourself: what happens in your business if the application stands still for a day?

What does not cost extra

These items tend to appear elsewhere as add-ons. With us they are part of it — not an extra, but the foundation.

HTTPS certificate and setup Presentation on phone, tablet and desktop Sitemap, clean addresses, company data for search engines Data protection foundations without a cookie banner Backups and an emergency route from the start
