What data arises

Personal data arises only when you submit one of the two forms. Exactly what you enter is stored — nothing more:

• Contact enquiry: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), type of project, your message and the chosen language.
• First call: name, email, phone, preferred date, time slot, topic (optional) and the chosen language.

This information is used to answer your enquiry and to arrange an appointment. It is not sold, not rented out and not used for third-party advertising.

No IP addresses in enquiries

The two enquiry tables deliberately have no column for IP addresses — they cannot store one. To slow down bulk submissions, the IP address is processed briefly on submit and then discarded. The hosting provider additionally keeps technical server logs required for operation and security.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising cookies. For reach measurement, Google Analytics sets two cookies (_ga and _ga_ followed by the property ID); they are how the service recognises a returning visitor. In addition there is a technically necessary session cookie: it protects the forms against misuse from other websites and expires after two hours of inactivity. The same session also records how you found your way here — a campaign tag in the address, or the referring website. If you send an enquiry, that detail is attached to it so it stays traceable which channel prompted it. No IP address is stored in the process. The note in the session disappears with it — but if you have sent an enquiry, it is kept alongside that enquiry for as long as we retain it. If you would rather not be counted, you can switch the measurement off through the Google opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Reach measurement

Since 23 August 2026 Google Analytics is embedded — the only third-party service on this website. It answers one question: how many people come, and where from. To do so it sets two cookies and sends details about device, browser and pages viewed to Google. Your IP address is used for rough origin (country, region) and is not stored in the process. The data is processed by Google, including outside Switzerland. You can switch the measurement off at any time through the Google opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Everything else stays here: the fonts sit on our own server, there is no content delivery network, no maps, no social media widgets and no embedded video.

Hosting

The website and its database are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Everything you enter into a form stays in the country. The only exception is the reach measurement described in the previous section. The connection is encrypted throughout (HTTPS).

How long enquiries are kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for any resulting collaboration, and at most two years after the last contact. After that they are deleted. On request we delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under Swiss data protection law you may request information about which of your data is being processed, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. An informal email to [email protected] is enough; we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

If something changes in the application that affects this information, this text is updated. The version published here applies.
